Privacy Policy
Last updated
This policy explains what information MastiK Invest ("we") collects when you use mastikinvest.com, why, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to a minimum.
What we collect
If you subscribe to the newsletter
- Your email address, which you enter in the signup form.
- Whether you confirmed your subscription and whether you later unsubscribed.
- Basic delivery information from our email provider (for example, whether an email was delivered or bounced).
We use double opt-in: nothing is added to our list until you click the confirmation link we send you. The confirmation link expires after 48 hours.
When you browse the site
- Anonymous usage statistics through Cloudflare Web Analytics, such as pages viewed and referring sites. It does not use cookies or track you across other websites.
- Technical data that any web server receives, such as your IP address and browser type. Our hosting provider uses it to deliver the site, keep it secure, and limit abuse (for example, rate limiting signups).
The calculators run entirely in your browser. The numbers you type into them are not sent to us.
How we use it
- To send the confirmation email and, once you confirm, the newsletter.
- To protect the signup form from spam and bots.
- To understand which content is useful, in aggregate.
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
Service providers
- Resend stores newsletter contacts and sends our emails on our behalf.
- Cloudflare hosts the site and provides security (including Cloudflare Turnstile, which helps tell people from bots on the signup form) and Cloudflare Web Analytics.
These providers process data to deliver their services to us and are subject to their own privacy policies.
Cookies
We do not set advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary security mechanisms when you load the signup form. If we add a video player, the video loads from youtube-nocookie.com only after you click play.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe at any time with the link in any newsletter email.
- Access or delete your data: email hello@mastikinvest.com and we'll help.
Data retention
We keep your email address while you're subscribed. If you unsubscribe, we keep a record that you opted out so we don't email you again. You can ask us to delete it entirely.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
